The Geomed AirLight
The Geomed AirLight is the culmination of Polarized Light Therapy, Colour Light Therapy and Ionisation/Ionization in a single device designed with the medical practioner in mind. It also takes advantage of H.E.P.A. Filtration.
The AirLight's Light and Air sytems
The light that the AirLight produces is special because it firstly passes through an UV (Ultra Violet) filter it then passes through a special polarizing lens set. At this point the colour filters filter the light to one specific wave length. Six colour filters are included. The AirLight's Air passes through a H.E.P.A. filter, after this the air is used to cool the unit light source it also warms the air. It is then passed through the Ionisation/ionization unit that utilses the new replaceable gold plated needle system before it exit the front of the unit for treatment.
The AirLight's control system
The AirLight is controlled by custom Geomed electronics. This allows you to set the treatment time from 1 minute to 4 hours. After a treatment time has been set, this time is stored in the AirLight's memory so the next time you use the unit no setting is required. This electronics also allows for the air flow rate of the air ionisation/ionization to be changed. This setting is also stored in the AirLight's memory. After the set treatment time sexpires the AirLight will shut down into sleep mode. To wake the AirLight simply press the mode button and it will start a new treatment based on the last settings.
The AirLight's stand
The AirLight's stand has sturdy castor wheels for ease of mobility and also includes an electric lift actuator to conveniently raise and lower the device.

The AirLight design has been based on various scientific studies that show the effectivness of polarization and ionisation/ionization on the human body.
